Shipping Policy – Noor Sports

At Noor Sports, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time through the best available courier services in your area.

1. Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of PKR 280 is charged on all orders across Pakistan.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns or exchanges.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders require 1–2 working days for processing and packaging before dispatch.

  • Customized orders may take 1 additional working day for preparation.

3. Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

    • 2–3 working days in urban areas

    • 3–5 working days in rural areas

  • Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier workload, weather, or public holidays.

4. Dispatch Schedule

  • Friday is our store off day, and Sunday is a courier holiday, so orders are not dispatched on these days.

  • Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next working day.

5. Courier Services

  • We ship through trusted courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

 

Return & Refund Policy – Noor Sports

At Noor Sports, we value our customers and aim to provide premium quality products and excellent service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 7 days of receiving your parcel under the following terms and conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Customers must contact us on WhatsApp (number mentioned on our website) within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

  • You must provide a valid reason for the return along with clear pictures or videos (if required).

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • In case of any damaged or defective parcel, customers must provide a video of parcel opening as proof at the time of complaint.

2. Return Shipping

  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  • Customers are required to send the parcel back to us using any reliable courier service.

  • Noor Sports will not be responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the return parcel, our team will inspect the product within 24–48 hours.

  • If the returned item passes the quality check and matches the original condition, the refund will be processed accordingly.

  • If the product is used, damaged, or altered, it will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges as COD.

4. Deductions & Non-Refundable Charges

  • A 5% government tax on COD amount will be deducted from the refund (as per courier policy).

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in all cases.

5. Time Limit

  • Returns or refund requests made after 7 days of parcel delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances.
